Need advice about building a bike?

I've been given a Specialized Allez frame. I'd quite like to this thing into a functioning road bike. Any advice?

you should buy component pkg and parts from local bike shop that way if you have warranty issues they are right there. unless you know what your doin then buy from any mailorder place on-line . performance, colarado, nashbar etc.Need advice about building a bike?
I see Evans are selling this model for 拢538. If you have to buy all the components except the frame, this is going to cost much more than buying a complete bike of the same spec.

sell the frame on ebay then buy a fully made bike it will be a lot easier
