i now ignoring people is hard and i now it by expirience cuz im 14...but who cares what other people think of you??? just because they laugh about you doesn't make you a dork or dumb person...that makes THEM a bad person...and remember that what goes around comes around...they might laugh bout them later too...and im not telling you to go and laugh bout them cuz you shuldnt get down to their level ...just ignore them...and keep practicing cuz some day ull be able to do the pull ups...n if u cant ..so wat??? u cant be good at evrythin! just ignor them cuz U ARE A BETTER PERSON!!!Any advice for a little kid who is nervous about what others think of her?
Tell the ';little girl you know'; that it doesn't matter what people think of her. Kids are mean and everyone gets made fun of some times. She may get made fun of for a little bit, until another kid inevitably does something embarrassing and everyone goes after that kid. I couldn't do a pull up at 10 and I sure couldn't do one now. I don't have that kind of strength in my arms and it's irrelivant to my daily life. Who cares if you can't do a pull up? It's a stupid exercise anyway and it has no point.
its not like thats what kids do for fun, nut pull ups are hard so it does not matter a lot of kids cant do them im thirteen almost fourteen and it still does not matter to any of my friends or anyone else who can or cant do one. no one cares
At 10 years old it is hard but tell her to be herself and not worry about what others think. Tell her to keep trying for the pull up, there are actually a lot of people that can not do them.
it could be worse, she could be a special needs kid or get discriminated against, just tell her: Your problem is not the biggest in the world, but kinda sugar coat it so she doesn't cry.
Tell her to not worry about what others think. try her best shes better at other things that others arent
