Can someone give me advice about an ex?

my boyfriend, well ex, and i broke up a week or so ago. i still have his sweatshirt and he told me i could keep it. i was going to do that but i jsut feel weird having it. i kind of want to keep it so i will remember him but then again i think that might make it harder to get over him. can i have some advice/opinions please?Can someone give me advice about an ex?
