You would be surprised how easy it can be to get someone who's living with you ro leave on their own. It's much harder if you have a renter and he/she is uncooperative.

They will be happy to answer your questions, and you will feel more confident about 'giving her the boot' if you know you are acting within your legal limits. You are on shaky ground, if you tell her to leave and she does, fine, if she protests and you go to court she is most likely a legal resident and will have to be evicted through the courts.
