i was making profiteroles this morning when i took it out of the oven they collapsed i was so upset, why did that happen please advice. Also any one no how to make the best profiteroles.Please advice me about choc profiteroles?
After they are cooked, the best thing to do is to poke a vent hole near the bottom and put them back into the oven (oven off) with the door ajar. This will help them dry out.
